Your New Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer Consultant specializing in Color, Materials, and Finishes (CMF) to join a global, design-driven organization.

In this role, you will take ownership of CMF design throughout the entire product development journey, from early concept exploration to final industrialization. You will work across multiple product development projects, creating color palettes, material selections, and finish solutions that contribute to a consistent and distinctive product experience.

The role also involves developing and maintaining CMF standards, including textures, finishes, and graphic specifications.

As a senior member of the team, you will combine hands-on design work with strategic contributions. You will help shape CMF direction across different product categories, contribute to design systems, and support the continuous development of processes and ways of working.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CMF Designer who enjoys working in an international environment and wants to contribute to products that are used by people around the world.
