Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects within medium-voltage switchgear solutions, leading deliveries from order to completion. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution while building strong and long-term relationships.

We are looking for a driven and technically minded project manager who enjoys taking responsibility, solving challenges, and creating value for customers. Whether your background is in project management, engineering, design, installation, or service, your technical understanding and ability to drive projects successfully are what matter most.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS) business in Sweden.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Leading and coordinating project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Managing project scope, schedule, changes, costs, and quality to achieve project objectives.

Collaborating closely with customers and our factories and suppliers to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and building long-term, trust-based relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensuring project documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal processes and customer requirements.

Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and coordinating related activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to efficient project execution within the team.
