We are looking for a Quality Manager with a main responsibility in ensuring that project quality requirements are fulfilled throughout the entire project lifecycle, from engineering and supplier manufacturing to inspections, delivery, and project handover. The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland. We offer a possibility to hybrid work.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, your work will include supporting the execution of complex offshore projects, primarily focusing on Engine + Auxiliary packages, with the potential to expand into propulsion systems in the future. You will work closely with project teams, suppliers, shipyards, customers, classification societies, and third-party inspectors to ensure technical integrity, contractual compliance, and successful project execution. You'll be working as part of the Power Supply - Customer Delivery organization.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans and project-specific quality documentation.

Prepare, review, and approve Project Inspection and Test Plans and supplier/vendor ITPs.

Ensure quality documentation compl
