Responsibilities
- The Facilities Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of technicians and contractors, oversees maintenance and capital projects, manages vendor performance, and drives operational excellence through continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and proactive risk management.
- Critical Facilities OperationsLead the day-to-day operation of all critical facility infrastructure.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
- Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uptime objectives.
- Oversee 24/7 operational support, including incident response and escalation.
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Method of Procedures (MOPs) are current and followed.
- Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop Critical Facilities Engineers and Technicians.
- Manage shift schedules, staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate contractor and vendor activities to ensure quality and compliance.
