Responsibilities

  • The Facilities Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of technicians and contractors, oversees maintenance and capital projects, manages vendor performance, and drives operational excellence through continuous improvement, sustainability initiatives, and proactive risk management.
  • Critical Facilities OperationsLead the day-to-day operation of all critical facility infrastructure.
  • Ensure the availability and reliability of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
  • Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and uptime objectives.
  • Oversee 24/7 operational support, including incident response and escalation.
  • Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Method of Procedures (MOPs) are current and followed.
  • Leadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop Critical Facilities Engineers and Technicians.
  • Manage shift schedules, staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate contractor and vendor activities to ensure quality and compliance.
