- We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Data Classification Product team in Helsinki, a highly capable team building one of the key foundations of Sievo. This role ensures the product stays on the right course, the team focuses on what matters most, and the business continues to grow.
- What will you be doing as a Senior Product Manager?Interact with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs to define the right problems to solve
- Learn about new trends and competition in the market with genuine curiosity
- Use all the above information and your own expertise to build a product vision and strategy and drive this product group to success
- Prioritize development and plan and deliver your roadmap with the development team; own your domain with the team from research, discovery, design, development to maintenance and communication
- Lead the team alongside the Engineering Manager and coach one direct report
- Ensure that your development team has the customer and business context needed
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create go-to-market plans and strategies to build the business
