As an Electronics Development Engineer, you will be involved in designing and developing electronic solutions ranging from PCB assemblies to power electronics. Working as part of a highly skilled R&D team, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Based in Vaasa, Finland, you will work in a global environment with the flexibility of a hybrid work model, combining on-site collaboration with remote working opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Design electronic circuits and PCB layouts to support new and existing drive products.

Develop digital, analog, and power electronics solutions that deliver reliable product performance.

Build, test, and validate prototypes to ensure designs meet technical and quality requirements.

Create technical documentation and test specifications that support efficient product development.

Collaborate with engineers, validation specialists, sourcing teams, and external partners to solve technical challenges and bring new solutions to market.

Requirements

  • Background in electronics product development, including analog, digital, PCB, or power electronics design.
  • Ability to design electronic circuits using tools such as Cadence, OrCAD, Mentor PADS, or similar.
  • Familiarity with circuit simulation tools.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
  • Good communication skills in
