Senior Specialist, Product Development
We are looking for a motivated product development professional to support our journey in creating new taste sensations.
As a Senior Specialist, Product Development, you will:
create and deliver ideas and novelties according to consumer needs
be responsible for novelty product development for confectionery products
work closely in strategic portfolio planning with marketing and other functions
support product lifecycle management and development for existing products
plan and conduct consumer tests, and interpret and report the results
collaborate with various sensory panels and organize internal sensory training sessions
This role is a permanent position and located onsite in Lappeenranta, where we work mainly onsite. The role involves joining production trials at various times and willingness to travel when needed. You will report to Director, Product Development and you will collaborate closely with Fazer R&D teams, production, marketing and sourcing.
The role is part of the Fazer Confectionery product development resource pool, where we plan the distribution of work flexibly across different positions. This allows for the utilization of diverse expertise and flexible teamwork.
