About this role
We are looking for a production worker with soldering skills for our client Bluefors Oy to join their team in manufacturing and testing of standardized cable products for a fixed-term employment contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday.

We expect you to haveExperience in manual soldering (through work experience or relevant vocational training such as electronics assembler or micromechanic). Soldering skills will be tested during the recruitment process.
Strong work ethic, focus, and attention to detail
Proficiency in English (English is the working language)
Ability to follow routines and handle pressure
Good manual dexterity for working with small components and wires

Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday. The work is mainly done in a day shift, but there needs to be readiness for 2-shift model if needed.
