Sales Representative: World Vision – Best Commissions in the Industry (€90–180 / Sale)

Here, hard work is rewarded fairly. You earn a commission for every successful monthly donor, based on the donation amount:
€90 commission (€15/month donation)
€120 commission (€20/month donation)
€180 commission (€30/month donation)
Our salespeople earn on average €3,000–6,000/month, and top performers have every opportunity to clear those figures comfortably.
Join a coached team
You won't be on your own. You'll join the team of an experienced Team Leader who trains, coaches, and supports you every day. You'll get thorough onboarding and ongoing coaching, so no prior sales experience is needed – the right attitude and the drive to succeed are what count. Behind our team is a clear structure and support that helps you grow into a sales professional fast.
What the job involves
The work is active, on-the-move face-to-face sales (F2F). You meet people where they are – on streets, squares, and at events. You present World Vision's vital work and help people join in to make a difference.
Rhythm and schedule
We work regularly Monday to Friday. There's a shared start time, and working hours are agreed flexibly between 11 AM and 6 PM together with your Team Leader. We'd like you to work around 4–5 shifts per week, but schedules can always be agreed case by case. This creates a clear rhythm and a shared team spirit, while everyday life stays flexible.
