We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Remarketing Sales Assistant to join our Remarketing team in Vantaa. This is a permanent, full-time position. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our used car sales operations and delivering an excellent experience to both B2B and B2C customers.
About the role
As a Remarketing Sales Assistant, you will provide operational support to the Remarketing team and act as a key contact person for our internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our Sales Managers, Customer Service Center, and Central Remarketing team to ensure smooth sales processes and high-quality customer service. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry and develop your expertise in used car sales.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Managers in daily remarketing activities
- Serve as an operational point of contact for B2B customers and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain active communication with the Central Remarketing team and other internal stakeholders
- Set up and manage customer accounts in the Ayvens Carmarket auction platform
- Perform KYC and credit checks and ensure accurate customer data management
- Handle after-sales activities, including processing customer claims
- Upload and maintain car information on sales platforms
- Support the maintenance and presentation of cars in the showroom
Requirements
- Vocational, business, or other relevant educational background
- Interest in cars and car sales industry
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or the automotive aftermarket industry is considered an advantage
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
