Head of Legal | Neste Marketing & Services (M&S)

to lead the legal team and provide legal advice and counsel in Neste Marketing & Services. Location for this position is Neste headquarters in Keilaranta in Espoo, Finland.

The position comprises the following responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and counsel in Neste Marketing & Services to ensure organization's activities, policies, business practices, and transactions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Act as a legal partner and a trusted advisor for M&S businesses and projects.

Make recommendations and provide legal support and counsel to senior management in Neste Marketing & Services (M&S). In this role you will also be the secretary for the M&S Leadership team and have a role in M&S companies governance.
