Project Delivery Manager at atNorth

As a Delivery Project Manager, you will manage end-to-end delivery of data centre construction projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure projects meet rigorous standards and align seamlessly with operational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead data centre construction projects from initiation through commissioning and handover to Operations.Act as the primary point of contact for project status, ensuring clear and timely communication with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Develop and manage integrated project schedules, identify critical paths, and proactively mitigate delivery risks.

Own project budgets, control costs, manage change processes, and deliver projects within approved cost and schedule baselines.

Oversee procurement and contract negotiations with contractors and suppliers in collaboration with Commercial and Delivery leadership.

Produce decision-gate documentation, cash flow forecasts, and regular project reporting in line with
