Then you should join our successful Nordic Transaction Diligence team at EY-Parthenon in Helsinki who excel at deep diving into companies’ financial performance in complex acquisition processes. Our team has broad expertise across many different industries and clients and our business is rapidly growing. We are now looking for students working on their master’s degree to join our team. We are looking for trainees to join us for spring 2027 and autumn 2027.

As an Analyst Trainee within our Transaction Diligence team, you will assist in the preparation of client deliverables as well as gather, verify, and analyze information on companies as part of financial due diligence assignments.  You will also participate in communication with other stakeholders such as investment banks, strategy houses and law firms as part of a wider team of advisors to create value for our clients.
