Strategy & Transformation Lead

We are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Lead to drive some of VR's most important cross-functional transformation initiatives and help shape the future direction of our businesses across the Nordics. You will join our Strategy & PMO team in Helsinki or Stockholm and work closely with the CEO, VR Leadership Team, and business unit management teams on the company's most critical strategic priorities.

You have a strong track record of driving improvements and delivering change in complex stakeholder environments. You enjoy challenging conventional thinking and bringing together diverse perspectives to identify the best solutions. You are skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels, building confidence, and turning insights into tangible results.

Main responsibilities include:

Lead company-wide transformation programs from opportunity identification through implementation, ensuring tangible business impact and value realization

Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders on strategy development and transformation

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic improvement opportunities across businesses and functions

Lead strategic development initiatives, for example in operational efficiency, commercial excellence, and digitalization

Develop and continuously improve transformation governance, project management methodologies, and execution capabilities across the organization

Facilitate and lead key elements of VR's strategy processes and, where relevant, take responsibility for the strategy and transformation agenda of a designated business unit or major function, including participation in its management team

5+ years of work experience from management consulting or
