We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to play a key role in our delivery projects and in building the Project Control capabilities needed for our next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep project controls expertise with a builder's mindset. As Project Controls Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape how we control and manage our projects today, and establish practices that can support future LDR-50 deliveries.

In this role, you will work hands-on with our projects while developing the processes, systems, and governance required to enable reliable project performance and informed decision-making in support of growth. The person we are looking for is comfortable creating structure where it is still needed and translating their experience into practical processes and tools that others can utilize. You will turn complex information into clear recommendations by monitoring schedules and cost data according to the management´s needs. In addition, you will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, fostering open dialogue and constructively challenging assumptions within project environments when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Build our Project Control capability: Develop scalable processes, standards, systems and governance across cost, schedule, progress, risk and reporting.
  • Lead project controls for delivery projects
