We are looking for a Project Purchaser to join our procurement team and support our project operations. In this role, you will be responsible for executing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and contributing to the continuous development of our procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Purchaser, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement operations without compromising quality, delivery performance, or business needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the wider procurement team to support both day-to-day purchasing activities.
- Execute RFQ and purchasing activities for projects in the Nordic countries.
- Manage order from procurement-to-pay including potential claims and proactively follow up on deliveries and lead times.
- Support supplier selection processes and contribute to supplier performance development.
- Handle supplier-related escalations in cooperation with category teams.
- Provide commercial support and procurement guidance to internal stakeholders.
