About this role

We’re growing rapidly with enterprise customers across banks and insurance companies, and we’re looking for a Deployment Lead to serve as the strategic layer in our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) function who ensures our customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making. In this pre- and post-sale hybrid role, you'll be the primary point of contact guiding enterprise customers and Taktile internal teams through highly strategic, complex, multi use case AI transformation projects. You lead strategic planning of the project, own business outcome of the solution implementation, pave path for business impact-driven footprint and revenue expansion within the account, and shape product roadmaps with first-hand industry insights. You’ll collaborate across Taktile’s Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), Solution, Product, and Sales teams, as well as with external partners, to support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, driving strategic outcomes and sustained impact. About You Strategic Enterprise Leader – You are a strategic thinker and experienced navigator of complex enterprise deals and transformation programs. You can turn an ambitious AI vision into a credible, sequenced, and executable plan. Complexity Navigator – You can synthesize technical, operational, and commercial complexity, including use-case-specific pain points, value propositions, industry dynamics, vendor landscapes, stakeholder agendas, competing KPIs, and build-versus-buy considerations. Executive Communicator – You have the presence and judgment to engage senior and C-level stakeholders, facilitate difficult trade-offs, challenge assumptions constructively, and build alignment across business, risk, technology, data, and AI teams. Commercially Minded – You can identify where AI can create material business value, build quantified success metrics and ROI frameworks, and connect delivery outcomes to adoption, expansion, and long-term account value. Delivery Leader – You can structure and lead high-stakes pilot and proof-of-value programs, anticipate risks, unblock decisions, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on scope, quality, timelines, and expected impact. AI-Native – You are familiar with modern AI and LLM capabilities, limitations, evaluation approaches, governance considerations, and the requirements for deploying trusted AI in regulated environments. You use AI tools every day to do your own work faster and better, and you expect to bring that way of working to customers. Technically Hands-On – You understand applied AI, data, and integration concepts deeply enough to make solution choices yourself, not just referee them. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you are comfortable reading a decision flow, digging into data, and building a rough prototype or demo with modern AI tooling. Solutions Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers own production implementation; you can follow them all the way into the details. Low-Ego, High-Ownership – You are hands-on where your judgment has the greatest leverage, collaborate effectively across functions, and want to build with customers and teams—not advise from a distance. Experienced – You have 5-10 years of experience in enterprise technology, strategy consulting, digital or AI transformation, technical sales, complex delivery, or a similarly demanding customer-facing environment, including leadership of large accounts or programs. Mobile – You are willing to travel up to 30% of the time. What You’ll Do Shape high-impact AI transformations Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers early in strategic enterprise opportunities to qualify the opportunity, shape account strategy, and build credibility with executive stakeholders.
