We are looking for a "CEO" to join the management team of one of our clients.
Job responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s strategic direction in alignment with the Board’s vision.
Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Leverage investment banking expertise to structure deals, evaluate opportunities, and optimize capital allocation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Lead, inspire, and develop the senior management team to achieve organizational excellence.
Represent the company externally at industry events, conferences, and with key partners.
Job competence requirements
Proven executive leadership experience, preferably as CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent in a financial services or investment-related organization.
Strong background in investment banking with deep knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and deal structuring.
Demonstrated success in leading complex organizations and driving business growth.
Strong international exposure; experience working in Europe is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
