Job Description

The Global Communications department at H&M Group works with integrated communications to reach our different target groups with our story. Our role is to build, strengthen, and protect our company and brands through communication, always with the customer first in mind. We work with integrated communications to share our story with different target groups, from exciting collaborations and fashion collections to our leadership in tech and sustainability, financial communications, and employer branding. This is done through media and influencer relations, events, corporate and internal communications, and social media.

The Communications organization consists of approximately 40 professionals across four teams. Media Relations, Strategy & Insight, Content & Creative, and Project Management.

We are now looking for an inspiring leader to lead and develop the Project Management team in the role of Head of Project Management. In this role, you are responsible for leading a group of experienced project managers, ensuring strong execution and high-quality delivery across all communication initiatives.

Together with your team, you translate communication strategies into effective and impactful project delivery. You play a key role in making sure that priorities are executed in a structured, efficient, integrated, and collaborative way across teams and stakeholders.
