ABOUT THE TEAM

You'll join the Marketing Insights & Steering area within the Marketing Domain, where we enable data-driven decision-making across H&M's global marketing organisation. Our team plays a central role in understanding the impact of marketing, ensuring that investments across channels, markets and customer touchpoints are measurable, optimised and aligned with business goals.

We build and evolve the insights, measurement and reporting capabilities that help H&M understand how marketing drives customer behaviour and business results. By connecting data, technology and business needs, we enable smarter decisions and greater impact across the organisation.

Working closely with teams across Marketing, Marketing Tech and AI- Data & Analytics we help make trusted data more accessible and actionable across the business.

Responsibilities

  • As a Data & BI Specialist, you'll play a key role in transforming marketing data into actionable insights that shape decisions across H&M's global marketing organisation. Working at the intersection of business, analytics and technology, you'll help stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities and make more informed decisions.
  • You will:
  • Own and manage marketing reporting tools, ensuring they remain reliable, effective and aligned with business needs.
  • Build, develop and improve data models, dashboards, reports and analytical solutions that support decision-making across Marketing.
  • Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions, intuitive visualisations and clear data requirements.
  • Optimise existing data models and reports to improve performance, usability and business value.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and simplify reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and product teams to improve data
