Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Act Compliance Specialist / AI Governance Consultant

What You Will Work On

Implement and develop AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act

Develop internal AI compliance policies, frameworks, and procedures

Interpret EU AI Act requirements and translate them into practical product development requirements

Assess AI-related risks and compliance requirements for automotive use cases

Collaborate with legal, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and compliance stakeholders

Ensure AI systems are transparent, explainable, and compliant

Develop internal policies, guidelines, and training programs for responsible AI use

Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on strategic implications

Support change initiatives related to AI governance and compliance

Drive stakeholder alignment across different organizational levels

Help establish a culture of responsible AI, privacy, and accountability

What You Bring

Minimum 8 years of professional experience

Legal and/or engineering degree such as LL.M, JD, MSc, or equivalent

Strong understanding of AI technologies and their regulatory implications

Proven experience in compliance, legal advisory, data governance, or AI governance

Experience working within the automotive industry

Strong stakeholder management experience across organizational levels

Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and product requirements

Experience in project management, change management, and/or business analysis

Excellent English communication skills
