Responsibilities

  • As a Supply Partner Development/Lean Engineer you will contribute to building a resilient global supply network by strengthening our supply partners’ manufacturing performance and capacity. You will evaluate current capabilities on site, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and ensure clear roadmaps are in place to close them.
  • As a continuous improvement and risk reduction driver, you will follow up implementation and outcomes, helping supply partners produce the right volumes efficiently to meet demand. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as buyers and supplier quality engineers and work with supply partner leaders and improvement teams to influence change through facts, structure, and strong communication.
