We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our IT Automation team, building the internal applications and automation that power the employee experience across DoorDash and Wolt. This team develops the platforms behind employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, self-service experiences, and business automation used by thousands of employees globally. As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a team of talented software engineers while driving technical strategy, delivering high-impact initiatives, and partnering closely with stakeholders across Engineering, IT, HR, and Product. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on how internal technology enables the business to scale while helping shape the next generation of AI-powered employee experiences. What you'll be doingLead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers across multiple locations.
