Purpose of the role
In this high-impact role, you will partner directly with executive leadership to translate Hiab's vision into actionable growth plans-driving organic and inorganic expansion and identifying priorities that directly advance our long-term objectives to become number one in the global on-road load handling industry.
You will lead a team to deliver our market and competitor insights and analytics, facilitate strategy development and management in our Business Areas, facilitate the Hoshin Kanri/Strategy Deployment process, and manage specific group-wide strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Strategy & Common Direction
- Company-Wide Alignment: Lead the annual and multi-year strategy process, synthesizing inputs from all Business Areas to establish a clear, cohesive enterprise direction and strategic narrative
- Cross-Business Harmonization: Identify synergies, cross-divisional opportunities, and shared growth vectors across Business Areas to maximize enterprise value and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Execution & Metrics: Define corporate-level KPIs and governance structures to monitor strategy implementation, bridging the gap between high-level vision and divisional execution. Facilitate strategy deployment and ongoing strategy execution governance and monthly reviews
- Market and Competitor Intelligence & Strategic Insights
- Intelligence Ecosystem: Oversee the Market Insights function to deliver continuous macro-economic, industry, customer, and competitor analytics to the Executive Board.
