Responsibilities

  • We're looking for a proactive, results-driven team lead for the Medical devices & Pharmaceuticals unit to accelerate the growth of our medical devices and pharmaceuticals testing business across European and US markets.
  • In this role, you'll take full ownership of the team's performance, including financial and operational targets. You'll contribute to the strategic growth of the company, playing a key role in scaling a business that's already gaining strong international traction.
  • Your focus areas will include (but are not limited to):Independent leadership of the day-to-day operations (sales and delivery) of the team to reach annual financial and operational targets
  • Ensuring the team -level strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy
  • Proactively contributing to the team and company success by, e.g., identifying growth opportunities, bottlenecks, etc.
  • The role is primarily based at our Vallila office in Helsinki, with occasional travel to customer meetings and industry exhibitions across target markets (typically <10>
  • We hope you've gotAt least 5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Relevant industry exposure (experience with laboratory testing or technical services is a strong plus)
