Työtehtävän kuvaus Haemme SSAB Europe Hämeenlinnan terästehtaalle Customer Care tiimiin vuoden määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen Customer Care Specialistia. Tehtävät sisältävät Hämeenlinnan tehtaan valmistamien kylmävalssattujen ja sinkittyjen tuotteiden tehdastilausten käsittelyä. Tarjoamme hienon mahdollisuuden päästä tutustumaan terästeollisuuden toimitusketjun hallintaan tilaus- ja valmistusvaiheesta aina asiakkaillemme saakka. Pääasialliset työtehtävät Tehdastilausten käsittely Tuotannon eri järjestelmien käyttö Toimitusten seuraaminen ja tukeminen Yhteyshenkilönä toiminen asiakkaiden, myynnin ja tuotannon välillä Odotamme sinulta Odotamme sinulta kaupallisen tai teknisen alan opintoja Hyvää suullista ja kirjallista suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa Tehokkuutta, huolellisuutta ja tarkkuutta sekä paineensietokykyä.
