You will build predictive models and self-service analytics solutions using Databricks, working closely with HR leaders, data engineers and data governance teams. The role is intended for an experienced specialist who can turn complex workforce data into practical recommendations while maintaining high standards of privacy, fairness and security.
Professional fluency in English is required. Portuguese is not listed among the requirements.
Your responsibilities
Develop predictive models for recruitment, employee retention, workforce planning and performance analysis.
Work with HR stakeholders to identify business challenges that can be addressed through data science and machine learning.
Build reliable and scalable machine-learning pipelines with Databricks, MLflow and Delta Lake.
Create dashboards, Databricks Apps and Genie rooms that allow HR teams to access insights independently.
Present complex analytical findings as clear recommendations for business leaders.
Evaluate models for accuracy, fairness and compliance with privacy and data governance requirements.
Monitor model performance and adapt solutions as organisational needs change.
Collaborate with data engineering, HR and governance teams throughout the development process.
Required experience and skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, HR Analytics or a related discipline.
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
Previous work with HR data or people analytics will be particularly valuable.
Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL.
Experience with machine-learning libraries such as scikit-learn.
Hands-on experience with Databricks or another cloud-based data science pla
