We're looking for a Product Designer / UX Designer to join B2C Tech at Telia.
I'm Mia Blomberg, leading the B2C Tech Design team, and I'm looking for a crafty Product Designer who can move quickly from insights to solution hypotheses. At Telia Play, we're building one of the leading TV and streaming experiences in the Nordics, bringing together TV channels and streaming services in one simple, inspiring, and reliable experience. Our ambition is to create the best aggregator in the market and make it effortless to find, watch, and enjoy content across all screen sizes. Used daily by millions in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, the product combines large-scale technical complexity with a strong focus on customer experience in a fast-evolving TV and media landscape.
Responsibilities
- You will shape the Telia Play experience end to end, working in cross-functional product teams with product owners, developers, and other specialists.
- Own the design process from early problem discovery and user research through concepts, prototyping, production, and implementation.
- Turn insights into clear solutions using the right level of fidelity, from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and product visions in Figma.
- Validate and iterate by running research when needed, seeking data and insights, conducting user testing, and challenging solutions that do not clearly create value.
- Strengthen design practice by contributing to and evolving design systems in Figma, communicating ideas visually, and using AI tools to bring design and code closer together.
