We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Global Product Support Specialist. The position is permanent and based in Tampere (Tulli Business Park), Finland and reports to the Operations Lead, Global Automation Services, AutoMine® product family.
Your mission
As a Global Product Support Specialist, you are responsible for product support for underground load and haul automation. You will provide sales areas and customers with technical support in all phases of underground load and haul automation' life cycle where safety awareness is paramount. You will provide field support, equipment and system start-ups and training support together with equipment teams to sales areas and customers. Essential part of the product support is to help Underground Automation Product Line receive sales area feedback to improve underground automation product offering and competitiveness. We expect that you will perform your duties with a high degree of independence, initiative, efficiency, and judgment. You will work in close collaboration with product line, product development, project office and supply chain, training, and product support. Succeeding in the job requires active communication between the internal and external key stakeholders worldwide.
