Full Stack AI Developer

About this role

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, secure web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Develop and integrate AI models into production features - owning the approach from concept to deployment.
• Work in an AI-first pipeline, using agentic coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) as part of your daily workflow.
• Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems (e.g. Genesys CX) to enable automation and data-driven features.
• Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code and apply effective testing and debugging practices.
• Stay current with AI and full-stack engineering trends and share knowledge across the team.
• Required Qualification
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack applications in production environments.
