HR Specialist
About this role
Steady Energy is a fast-growing Finnish nuclear technology company developing a new generation of emission-free heating for cities and industry.
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our People team and work closely with our HR Manager. Our core HR processes and systems are already in place, and you will help us take the next step as our organization grows.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on competence development and talent acquisition, alongside onboarding and HR operations.

Responsibilities
- Advance competence development: Coordinate and drive competence assessments, development plans, training and learning initiatives, ensuring that relevant nuclear industry and YVL requirements are reflected in our competence and qualification practices together with relevant experts.
- Coordinate operator training: Drive operator training and qualification activities forward together with our external partner, ensuring systematic coordination, documentation and follow-up.
- Drive recruitment: Take responsibility for moving end-to-end recruitment processes forward with hiring managers, from defining needs and sourcing candidates to interviews, offers and candidate experience.
- Coordinate onboarding: Ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience and support managers with role-specific onboarding.
- Keep everyday HR running smoothly: Support the practical execution of employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, documentation, payroll inputs, and HR reporting.
- Support managers and employees: Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR questions and help managers put our people practices into action.
