The role combines deep knowledge of global eInvoicing regulation with solution consulting, commercial support and client-facing expertise, enabling customers, partners and internal teams to understand how Fintua’s platform addresses their compliance and operational requirements.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Working closely with Sales, Product, Client Onboarding, Research &amp; Regulatory Intelligence and the Solution Implementation Team, the role supports strategic opportunities, shapes compliant solution approaches, develops enablement content and helps customers adopt Fintua’s eInvoicing capabilities. The successful candidate will act as a trusted adviser throughout pre-sales, solution design, onboarding and early adoption, while feeding customer, regulatory and market insight back into the business.</span></p><h1><span>Key Responsibilities</span></h1><h2><span>Solution Consultancy &amp; Sales Enablement</span></h2><ul><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst"><span>Act as the eInvoicing subject-matter expert for strategic customer and partner opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Participate in discovery workshops to understand customer processes, ERP landscapes, data flows, regulatory obligations and implementation constraints.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Translate customer requirements into clear solution approaches aligned with Fintua’s standard capabilities and delivery model.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Support solution demonstrations, RFPs, RFIs, proposals and commercial presentations.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Help Sales articulate the regulatory, operational and technical value of Fintua’s eInvoicing proposition.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Identify non-standard requirements, delivery dependencies and implementation risks before contractual commitments are finalised.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast"><span>Ensure customer expectations, solution scope and implementation assumptions are clearly documented and understood.</span></p></li></ul><h2><span>Regulatory &amp; Technical Enablement</span></h2><ul><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpFirst"><span>Maintain strong working knowledge of global eInvoicing, digital reporting and indirect tax developments, including Continuous Transaction Controls, Peppol, ViDA, SAF-T, VAT and GST requirements.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Translate regulatory requirements into practical customer guidance, business requirements and technical considerations.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Explain regulatory change clearly to customers, partners, Sales, Product, Onboarding and operational teams.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpMiddle"><span>Work closely with Research &amp; Regulatory Intelligence to ensure customer-facing guidance is current, accurate and consistently applied.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListBulletCxSpLast"><span>Assess the implications of regulatory requirements for invoice formats, clearance models, reporting, archiving, digital signatures, authentication and data retention while working with our eInvoice partner.</span>&
