About the job

Deliver the transformation programmes that make Graphcore’s next phase easier to run and scale. Graphcore is building the hardware, software and systems infrastructure needed for the future of AI compute. As we grow, how we deliver change matters as much as what we build.

As Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional transformation initiatives. Your work will shape business processes, operating rhythms and change around enterprise platforms. You will bring structure to complex work across IT, Finance, People, Operations and external partners. You will manage scope, plans, risks, dependencies, testing, go-live and stabilisation.

This role gives you broad visibility and real ownership, from early planning through hypercare. You will help Graphcore land change with strong adoption, governance and long-term support across the business.

The team and culture

The Data & Transformation team improves how Graphcore operates across processes, tooling and ways of working. It shapes change around systems and operational processes, without owning the systems themselves.

Work happens through close partnership with subject matter experts, Business Analysts, technical teams and external vendors. You will turn agreed requirements into clear plans, delivery cadence and controlled implementation.

Decisions are made through transparent governance, clear ownership and visible risk, issue and decision tracking. You will keep momentum while making sure change is supportable after go-live.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering cross-functional business systems and operational change, including implementations, migrations, integrations or significant process change
  • Strong project management fundamentals across planning, governance, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communication
  • Experience coordinating technical and non-technical teams through testing, go-live and stabilisation
  • Ability to work effectively with Business Analysts, subject matter experts, vendors and delivery partners
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience using Jira, Confluence or comparable tools for delivery transparency
  • Strong organisational judgement, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and resolve blockers
