About the Role You will help shape the sensory identity of future vehicle programs by turning CMF strategy into production-ready design solutions across color, material, and finish. This is a role for you who enjoy working where creativity meets industrial reality in a technically advanced automotive environment. You will support one or more vehicle programs from early concept through launch, balancing strategic direction with detailed execution and close collaboration across design, engineering, visualization, and supplier interfaces. You will move between macro themes and fine-grained design details such as quilting, perforation patterns, textures, mesh patterns, and material specifications. At the same time, you will help ensure that design intent can be realized in production through feasible choices, clear communication, and strong cross-functional coordination. Job DescriptionYou will support CMF development for assigned vehicle programs from concept to launch. You will create and refine complete CMF proposals covering colors, materials, finishes, and supporting specifications. You will translate strategic CMF direction into feasible, production-ready design solutions. You will develop both overarching CMF themes and detailed design elements such as quilting, textures, and pattern work.
