We are looking for an experienced and technically driven Senior Test Engineer to play a key role in the development and verification of next-generation powertrains and electrified systems for construction equipment.

About the Role
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing testing activities related to powertrain and electrification systems. You will work throughout the entire product development cycle, from defining verification strategies and test plans to analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, and recommending design improvements.
You will serve as a key technical contributor, providing both specialist expertise and a systems-level perspective in cross-functional development projects.
You will work in a team with test technicians and workshop mechanics.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute verification and validation activities
- Test and evaluate diesel, hybrid, and electric powertrain systems
- Perform functional testing of transmissions, axles, electric motors, and battery systems
- Analyze test data and create technical reports and recommendations
- Lead troubleshooting activities and root cause investigations
- Develop and improve test methods, processes, and test equipment
- Ensure systems and components
