As a Sustainability Engineer, you will join our Manufacturing team and play an important role in strengthening our environment, health and safety practices at factory level. You will help build a safer, more sustainable workplace by supporting systems, programs, and behaviors that protect people, reduce risks, and enable long-term business performance.

Impact You’ll Own

Drive a strong safety and sustainability culture that supports our ambition of zero incidents.

Improve environmental, health, and safety performance by identifying risks, strengthening compliance, and implementing continuous improvements.

Enable informed decision-making through effective deployment of sustainability systems, employee training, and reliable performance reporting.

What You’ll Do

Develop and deploy environment, occupational health and safety systems, programs and procedures.

Advise and coach managers and supervisors on sustainability practices and safe behaviors.

Identify workplace risks and support actions to eliminate or reduce hazards.

Plan and execute inspections, audits, risk assessments and emergency preparedness activities.

Support sustainability projects and propose solutions to improve performance.

Maintain training records for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Report sustainability performance indicators accurately and on time to relevant stakeholders.
