Airfreight Specialist

Are you passionate about building business, driving performance, and delivering high-quality Airfreight solutions?

We are looking for an experienced operationally- and commercially driven Airfreight specialist manage and develop our airfreight product in Finland.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operational execution while building a strong and scalable setup that supports growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure operational excellence, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive local business development by identifying market opportunities and developing competitive products and solutions that create value for customers.

Manage the daily airfreight operations within the assigned country/cluster, ensuring efficient execution and high service quality.

Drive operational performance and follow-up through financial KPIs, month-end activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage carrier relationships and local procurement activities to ensure competitiveness and operational excellence.
