Would you like to develop testing methods while learning more about software, hardware and radio technologies?
We are now looking for a Test System Designer to strengthen our Test Systems team in Salo, Finland.
What will you be doing?
Your main focus will be on software and device testing, test development and test automation.
You will develop testing methods to ensure that the software on our devices works as intended, is compatible with other systems and meets the required standards. Your work will involve testing different radio technologies and collaborating closely with our software and hardware development teams.
The role offers plenty of room for your own ideas and initiative. You do not need to know everything from day one, curiosity, motivation and willingness to learn are more important.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, an interest in testing and the courage to learn and try new things. You can be an experienced testing professional or at the beginning of your career.
Basic programming skills are important, as our testing methods are built using technologies such as Python, Java, C and C++.
Experience or knowledge in the following areas is an advantage:
Software and device testing or test automation
Electronics, embedded systems or radio technologies
Programming with Python, Java, C or C++
New technologies and AI tools
You do not need to tick every box. We value your ability and motivation to learn more than a long list of existing skills.
