Working in the PEC Business Area's Strategy and Business Development function, you will build a structured approach to identifying , prioritizing and implementing AI opportunities while driving collaboration across a global organization.

Your responsibilities Drive and coordinate AI initiatives from ideas to implementation, ensuring opportunities are turned into practical solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Identify, ev aluate, prioritize, and develop AI use cases across customer service, engineering, product development, operations, and other business functions.

Develop and maintain a structured roadmap for AI adoption aligned with business obje ctives and strategic priorities.

Build and m aintain a strong internal network to connect stakeholders, share best practices, and accelerate the adoption of new technologies across the organization.

Stay up to date with developments in AI ( especially GenAI and agen tic AI) and related technologies, assessing their relevance and potential impact on the business.

What we expect from you You have a master's degree in information management , c omputer s cience or a related field.

You have genuine interest and hands-on experience in applying AI in a business environment.

Minimum five years of e xperience in applying AI , digital transformation or advanced analytics within p
