As a Regional Compliance & People Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting both project teams and central services by ensuring that employees, subcontractors and visitors are mobilised efficiently, compliant with local requirements and well supported throughout the project lifecycle. This is a varied and hands-on role combining compliance coordination, HR administration and employee support in an international environment. You'll be part of an international business environment, with the opportunity to contribute both globally and, in the future, from Fivenine's Loviisa-based operations.
You will coordinate onboarding and mobilisation activities for employees and subcontractors coming to Finland, support work permit and right-to-work processes, organise accommodation and local logistics, and help ensure compliance with Finnish employment legislation and site access requirements. In addition, you will support HR administration, employee onboarding, mandatory training and day-to-day employee queries while acting as an important link between local teams, international colleagues and external stakeholders.
