Your Responsibilities / Your role

Our internal QRS organization is looking for a Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join the Client & Engagement Acceptance team in Finland, supporting our Deloitte professionals across several critical functions: client and engagement acceptance, regulatory compliance (anti-money laundering "AML" / know your customer "KYC" etc.) and conflict management. You'll be based in one of our offices, Turku, Tampere, or Helsinki-with opportunities to work remotely.

In your daily work you will:

Support practitioners throughout the client and engagement acceptance process, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies and quality standards

Carry out client due diligence measures and KYC processes in line with regulatory requirements

Participate in AML consultations and client acceptance reviews, and play an active role in preparing for and implementing new AML regulatory requirements in our processes and systems

Manage conflict of interest check requests to ensure that new client relationships and engagements do not conflict with the existing commitments or independence requirements

Collect and interpret information from different sources and use various systems to perform risk management procedures
