with a deep expertise in infrastructure construction to lead and establish our Finnish subsidiary. This is a rare opportunity to take full responsibility for developing a new market area and to drive growth in a role where you will have a real impact on the company's future.

About the role

As the CEO of INF Infra Finland, you will have full responsibility for launching and leading our Finnish operations. You will design and implement a business strategy tailored for the Finnish market and build the necessary foundations for operations from processes and certifications to establishing key networks.

In the initial phase, the role is highly hands-on: you will actively participate in project acquisition, bid preparation, customer relationship building, and the development of a subcontractor network.

Your responsibilities include establishing a regional office in Finland, building your own team, and ensuring that the company's quality and risk management meet Finnish infrastructure construction standards. The role also involves strengthening the company's brand and visibility, as well as regular reporting to the parent company.
