We are looking for a VP, Repairs Product Group, to join our Service Centers organization.
Metso operates a global network of Service Centers that perform repairs and refurbishments on Metso and third-party equipment. Our repair and service solutions help customers maximize equipment productivity, safety, reliability, and lifecycle value. As VP, Repairs Product Group, you will lead Metso's global Repairs business and drive profitable growth through strategy execution, customer value creation, operational excellence, and portfolio development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the profitable growth and global P&L performance of the Repairs business.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global Product Group team.
- Define and execute the Repairs strategy in alignment with PSE and Metso strategic priorities.
- Drive Service Center footprint development, capability enhancement, capacity planning and capital investments.
- Lead the development and management of the Repairs portfolio, including offering development, go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales enablement, and customer value creation.
