You:

As one of Feedzai’s Legal Advisors, you’ll provide legal support to the company's management and business areas on legal and regulatory matters relating to contracts, helping the company to achieve long-term success and avoid legal and reputational risks. You’ll be directly involved in complex business transactions, negotiating critical contracts. In addition, you’ll drive and foster a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.

Your Day to Day:

Negotiate software contracts with major customers in the banking and payment services area

Manage the full contract lifecycle (from NDAs to termination)

Advise the company in complex legal and regulatory matters relating to the company’s business

Manage complex negotiation processes with various internal and external stakeholders

You Have & You Know-how:

Law degree

2-4 years experience in practicing Law

Previous experience in law firms, with a secondment experience - Preferred

Solid knowledge and experience of Contract Law, Commercial Law and IT Law,

Good communication skills to ensure information is communicated effectively (both internally and externally)

Fluency in English - written and oral communication - Required

A high degree of professional ethics and integrity

Critical, creative, and strategic mindset to find the best solution in a risk-aware manner

Ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, business customers, external law firms, public authorities, etc.), creating relations of trust

Ability and willingness to learn and engage with multiple topics, including those that are related to technology

Organization and management skills to handle competing requests and priorities
