Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate new diamond tool solutions together with project teams.
- Perform hands-on testing and evaluation of prototypes and existing products in both laboratory and real-world environments.
- Establish and improve test methods and product evaluation processes.
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing and support the introduction of new products into production.
- Assess manufacturing risks and support validation of materials and suppliers.
- Collaborate with production sites to ensure successful product implementation and data transfer.
- Drive quality improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and process optimization.
- Analyze test results and recommend design improvements.
