About the Role You will join a cross-functional scrum team in the packaging industry, where you will help turn product requirements into robust sub-system solutions within the package area. This is a hands-on role for you who enjoy working close to testing, validation and technical problem-solving, while collaborating with several stakeholders across development. You will work with package performance and functionality throughout the development process, from defining validation strategies to analyzing results and improving methods. The role is a strong fit if you want to combine technical depth, structured development work and real influence on how package solutions are tested and verified. Job DescriptionYou will support the translation of requirements into sub-system requirements related to the package area. You will define and execute verification and validation strategies for package solutions. You will write test specifications, perform physical tests, analyze performance and functionality results, and document conclusions in reports. You will coordinate and drive package-related activities in line with established procedures, standards and methods. You will lead root cause investigations linked to package performance and functionality. You will drive risk assessments within the package area. You will develop and implement new procedures, test methods and validation methods based on requirements. You will align closely with relevant stakeholders and contribute to a structured and collaborative way of working.
