We deliver critical infrastructure projects for some of the world's largest technology and mission-critical clients. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Nordics Projects team and lead environmental, landscape, infrastructure and development-enabling projects associated with large-scale client expansion program.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will deliver projects from concept through design, procurement, permitting, construction, handover and operational transition. Projects include nature restoration programs, habitat creation & enhancement initiatives, recreational infrastructure, public access and trail systems, landscape development, environmental mitigation works, wetlands and biodiversity enhancement, sustainability-driven infrastructure projects and development-enabling works.
- Lead projects through the full lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
- Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and procurement strategies.
- Manage contractors, consultants and specialist delivery partners.
- Monitor program, cost, quality and project risks.
- Act as primary point of contact for the Client.
- Coordinate regulatory authorities, municipalities, landowners and community stakeholders.
- Manage environmental assessments, permitting activities and sustainability commitments.
- Develop project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- Essential Experience
- Ecological restoration, habitat enhancement or environmental improvement projects.
- Civil infrastructure, utilities, renewable energy or land development projects.
- Environmental permitting processes and regulatory engagement.
