JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a fixed-term trainee to join our team for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year, depending on business needs.

The Risk and Escalation Management Trainee supports Nokia in ensuring an optimal supply position by leveraging AI capabilities and a robust shortage management framework. This role also contributes to the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for the supply chain environment.

As a trainee, you will play a supportive role in safeguarding supply chain performance through data analytics, AI-driven capabilities, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Working in a dynamic, multicultural environment, you will engage in proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include addressing supply chain challenges through scenario planning, risk analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely material availability for manufacturing locations worldwide. Your efforts will enhance Nokia's ability to meet customer demand, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen supply continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate component-related risks across the product lifecycle in close collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support the resolution of case-specific material shortage escalations and timely closure of issues.
  • Support to facilitate communication across internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to address component-related risks and escalations.
  • Maintain documentation of risk assessments, escalation processes, and resolution outcomes.
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to support to refine models and algorithms based on feedback, business needs, and evolving requirements
  • Support to implement AI-powered solutions to streamline material shortage escalation and risk management workflows. Enable faster identification and resolution of supply chain issues.
