We are looking for an organized, proactive, and collaborative Project Manager to lead our creative workflows at Moomin Characters. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director to make creative visions into functioning project plans and bridge the gap between business goals and the design team. You will ensure that our design projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.

In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end design project lifecycles from brief to final delivery.

Manage design resources and timelines effectively.

Act as the point of contact between other teams and external partners.

Maintain and improve internal design processes and documentation.

Identify potential project bottlenecks early and implement creative solutions to keep timelines on track.

Take full ownership of project delivery, driving the teams forward with clear authority and direction.
