About this role

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design, detailed design, and review of the HVAC aspects of communication equipment room infrastructure, and for producing design drawings and bill of quantities that meet the requirements of pre-sales bidding and construction, supporting engineering cost estimation, procurement inquiries, and project accounting
• Perform detailed design and optimization of engineering drawings according to customer requirements, and produce the final construction drawings
• Participate in on-site construction technical guidance to ensure project delivery
• Knowledge
• Have a understanding of the development trends in infrastructure technology, be familiar with the system architecture of energy infrastructure and global mainstream supplier brands, and understand the design and implementation standards of equipment room infrastructure
• Be familiar with the energy development trends and construction requirements of equipment rooms, and be able to provide consulting and design solutions for equipment room infrastructure based on customer needs
• Be familiar with air conditioning and ventilation systems, have experience in energy-saving retrofitting of refrigeration systems, and be familiar with the application of natural cooling technology
• Have knowledge of water supply and drainage, and fire protection (including gas fire suppression) technologies
• Understand the processes of bidding, design, and implementation in construction projects, and capable of independently completing high-level design, construction drawing design, and product selection
• Understand national standards for HVAC systems and ASHRAE-related design and construction standards
